Yellow Ribbon Program Comes to University of Florida

Beginning Fall 2020, the University of Florida has been approved to participate in the Yellow Ribbon program for eligible Post 9/11 GI Bill^® recipients. The Yellow Ribbon program is a provision of the Post 9/11 GI Bill^® to help defray the cost of out-of-state fees. The University of Florida will contribute up to $6500 per academic year towards these charges. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will then match the amount of the UF contribution.

Applications will be accepted on a first come-first served basis. Funding is available for 20 undergraduate students and 10 graduate students. For more information, contact Student Veteran Services by email at military-benefits@ufl.edu.
